GROUP ITINERARY

Day 1

Travel Day to Cairo, Egypt

Day 2

Meet Egypt Egyptologist and
later enjoy Meet and Greet with
tour manager and fellow travelers.

Day 3

Enjoy the day touring Cairo's museums, the Hall of King Tut-Ankh-Amon, and visit ancient cave ​churches and crypts. 

Day 4

Visit the Pyramids of Giza and The Sphinx with BBQ lunch in Sakkara
and later attend the optional
​Giza Sound & Light Show.

Day 5

Fly to Aswan to see the twin temples
of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari
and back to Cairo to begin
​our three-day Nile Cruise.

Day 6

Tour Philae Temple, learn about the legend of Isis & Osiris, then set sail for Edfu for an evening of Egyptian food, music, and dancing. 

Day 7

Sail to Luxor and visit Temples of Karnak, ride horse-drawn carriages through the market and enjoy an evening at the Belly Dance and Dervish Dance show.

Day 8

View the magnificent Luxor West Bank, visit ancient tombs, learn about Queen Hatshepsut, and learn about making alabaster with a tour of the Colossi of Memnon.

Enjoy a free day in Cairo
